  How long does it take to get long down to the base of the neck?Because that's how long I want my hair.Right now I have 3 inches in the back and 1 and a half inches in the top and sides. I've been told it takes 10 inches to reach the base of the neck which is almost hitting the shoulders,that's only how long I want it.
