Well, I've tried a bunch of times to just leave it alone and not get it cut, I managed to go about 7 months last time. Right now, it's been about 3 months since my last cut.
I made a resolution for the year, to not touch my hair. Seeing ya'lls progress pics is inspiring. I read a poll in a magazine somewhere, and it seems that 91% of women prefer short hair on a man. I don't understand why that is, 'cause to me almost any man looks better with long hair.
Anyway, I'm going to keep coming here like it was AA. Takin' it one day at a time.
Today, I will not cut it :>
That just means that only 9% of women are keepers! :)
A keeper wouldn't care about what hair style you have long or short...shed look at you for you =P. I agree though..I think the long hair on guys does look better in the end zone.
Oh I know man, was just making a joke since this is a Long haired site... hehe
First Welcome, and I hope you have better luck this time around... but just to pick up on your points below:
Perhaps you'll have more sucess this time around if you look at the reason you got your hair cut after 7 months last time around. Why was it? Eliminate the cause and you'll make it thru this time.
It worries me that a lot of people think that if your going to grow long hair then you absolutely can't get it cut enroute, yet this is the 2nd greatest cause of failed growing attempts (next only to peer pressure). After 6-7 months, if its bugging you, get it shaped and styled so your more confortable with it for the next few months.
Actually this is an excellent statistic, it means 9% of women like long hair on men... (here's the best bit) on average only 2% of men have long hair. We're Quids in!!!
Hope to see you around!

I like those odds!
You and me both!
If I'm tempted to cut it, I'll just think to myself: "Travis Tritt looked a lot better with it longer than he does now that he cut it to shoulder-length"
You might also want to think: "Hmm I'll never know how long hair looks on me until I finish the job." - That's what keeps me going.
