Hey guys, I've been growing out my hair for the past 10 months. For the course of my hair growth I've used gel to part my hair in the front, as to keep it out of my eyes.
Of course, gelling my hair every morning is quite tedious, but I can't just let it loose because it will fall right over my eyes (e.g., it won't part in the front). At this point, my bangs when stretched reach to my bottom lip and beyond.
What I'm wondering is, how do you guys go about getting a natural parting of your bangs, as to keep hair out of your eyes, without using a product? My hair seems to not conform in that way, even when brushing it while wet in the morning. Thanks!

I had the same problem when it was at that length all i did was use moose after I washed it during the awkward stage now that i've been growing it for almost 2 years now the problem went away I either push my hair behind my ears or tie it in a pony tail
Well...
1)part your bangs and put the behind your ears
2)keep parting them, your hair will become "trained" to do this eventually
3)let your hair dry parted or all pushed back, it will stay however it dries
while hair is wet, comb it all back. Place your hand across the top of your head, press down and push your hair forward. Somewhere (generally between the midpoints of your eyes) will appear an obvious split...your natural part. Might take a couple of tries...but that is how it's done. If a miniscule amount of light gel is smoothed just on top of the wet hair (do NOT work it all through the hair) after it is all combed back, it will dry with your natural part in place, a split in the bangs and not fall readily forward into your eyes.
