  I just bought this new diffuser hair dryer (check the link) and let me tell you it's amazing! It looks a little funny, and it doesn't blow as hard as normal blow dryers, but it gets my shoulder-length hair dry in half the time and without getting very hot at all. Not only that, but my hair looks much nicer when I use it! I'm very pleased with this thing, especially considering the money spent.

    Thanks for this find. After battling static infested hair while oiling it last night I wished for the ion hairbrush I had gotten rid of last year. The bristles were not good for me but I liked the static reduction. A hairdryer like this would be handy. One question though, not knowing how the ion stuff works, does it still have the same properties when operated on the no heat setting?

      I'm assuming it does, there is no toggle to turn the ionic feature on or off.
