  I heard a rumor that the Canadian Military was allowing their Native American employees (Service Men) to grow their hair long as an agnowlegement of their culture and heritige.

    Confirm?

    It's a definite confirm. The Canadian military policy is that self-identified members of ethnic groups that embrace the wearing of long hair or braids may do so, subject to obtaining permission.
