I've read all about washing longer hair, but, in my situation my hair is about 3 inches all around. I've just gotten started with my hair growth and I was wondering how often I should wash mine. I'm a bit paranoid about unnessesary dammage.
Another question would be if the I.C.E. hair spiking gel may be too harsh on my hair.

Wash and condition twice a week. Although take a shower and water rinse your hair well everyday.
