For all of you who banned Jay Leno, I happened to catch his "headlines" section on Monday night and he showed off the stage hand who got his hair cut off. Yes, this guy did look awful, but I hate to say it, he agreed to do it. I'm sure he could have told Jay to take a hike. I believe that this man should have been aware of the message he had been sending my allowing Jay to talk him into it. Jay had the man's mother come out and gave her the man's whacked off hair in the make of a bouquet of flowers and even gave her a "fur" coat, a coat with locks of hair pasted onto it. I didn't like what was done, but if guys wouldn't allow themselves to be used in such a manner (I believe it was his real hair) then I doubt Jay would have used this as a skit. Jay's a comedian and they'll take any stereotype, cliche and the like to get a laugh. I believe as society starts to change then comedians will be forced to find other ways to get a laugh. While I do admit that the only day I watch Leno is Mondays for the "headlines" as far as comedians go, I'll stick with Dennis Miller, George Carlin and Steven Wright.

P.S. Wouldn't it be great to get a bunch of longhaired men together and go down for a taping for the Leno show?
Like some bikers, maybe?
Yeah, especially some of the "corporate" Harley longhairs to stand up and reveal that they're doctors, lawyers, etc. (This of course is not to exclude all the other hard working longhairs) =o)
