How may of you have dabbled with tha other very femina acessory "long eyelashes"
I have very long eyelashes and by combing them with a very fine toothed eyelash come I discovered I can get them even longer, but I have never any desire to use mascara or eye makeup.
Which is another question how many of you fellas have used mascara?
And how many of you have gone all the way with eye makeup?
...the ultimate accessories to long hair.
...see?
o
lol, you guys are funny.
though, FYI, this girl here finds black eyeliner and eyeshadow on a guy pretty gosh darn hot, so i dont suppose mascara is too far off. ^^
Is there a full moon or something?
Long haired folks are getting wild.

this girl in middle school always used to think I was wearing mascara, but my eyelashes are naturally full :P
At the moment my eyelashes are 1.5mm long or about 5/8th of an inch. That may make it rather uncomfortable to wear sun glasses and I was tempted to trim them, but I got around that problem by curling them up. Then they looked really awesome.
Funny you should ask. I've been considering exploring an aspect of my 'gothdom' that I've never yet ventured into: makeup
Unfortunately, there aren't any stores within close proximity to us that sell the kind of makeup you'd see on most goths who wear any. Alas, after seeing the new video for a Rock group called H.I.M. (His Infernal Majesty), my wife and I immediately decided it was time for me to expereiment. So, off I went, and came back with a few products from Loreal and Cover Girl.
I knew I wanted to start with something subtle, to make sure I was going to feel comfortable. Considering I'd never worn any kind of makeup before, I let my wife put most of it on me, save for the eyeliner and masquera. At her encouragement, I took a picture of myself holding what I felt was a most appropriate prop: my guitar (grin). Here's the picture:
My glasses don't really show the masquera or eyeliner very well, but I am wearing both, along with foundation, a hint of eyeshadow and lipstick.
Apparently, shopping for makeup isn't something guys generally do for their women. My wife was comletely awed by the fact that I was so willing to shop for any, nevermind for the two of us. Guys, it ain't a big deal. (wink)
BTW, we've since downloaded most of their music, and plan on buying their albums as soon as possible. They sound terrific!
I am selling the albums cheap. check out myebid.com
Actually, purchasing goth "supplies" is as easy as accessing www.goodgoth.com Shop to your heart's content!
I have very long eyelashes, enough to make some of my female friends jealous. I have done mascara, but only b/c I was wasted and money was on the line.
I've worn makeup off and on for years -- mascara, eye shadow, & lipstick. At the mall a couple of weeks ago, after getting my hair done {set on rollers}, I screwed up my courage and stopped in an Aveda shop for a consult. Just 2 women there. The one who did my face was a little awkward but warmed up. Anyway she did mascara, some very light eye-shadow, and a great pale natural looking lipstick, along with some concealer for under my eyes. I love it and so does my wife. You can't tell I'm wearing makeup but it definitely enhances my features. It's fun and stylish.
Hello!
I am a african-american male and I have been told by a lot of women, and even men that I have very long eyelashes. I've only worn makeup on crazy events, like Halloween. How do I go about enchnacing my eye features without using mascara, etc?
