I was reading around on various sites with people saying their hair can take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 or 3 days to air dry.
I was wondering how long it takes everyone?
For me it only takes a few hours in the evening.
Depends on humidity but lately my hair is dry within an hour.
Two or three DAYS?!

Seems to be the case for some people.
Elspeth, dancingbarefoot, and Jennifer Eve mentioned those multiple day dampness times due to hair in a braid or updo, not loose and left out to air exposure. I am familiar with Jennifer's hair and can say her 69 inch hair (measured from the front hairline to her tippy ends at the lower calf) has a diameter similar to a grapefruit when in a bun. There is no way air is going to circulate through that enough to dry it completely.

A few hours in the morning... then when it's like 60-75% dry, I blowdry it the rest of the way to give it a little more body/shine.
Takes me about an hour/hour and a half.
HOURS & HOURS on some days. And when I make a tail,
the tip is usually the last part to dry.
Loose hair on a dry day is usually the fastest way to dry it...
that is, if you do not use a hair dryer.
About 2 hours or so for myself.
In the winter, if I don't run the heater, the indoor temperature will be 55-65 degrees F and my hair will still be damp half a day after I wash it. In the summer when the indoor temperature is 85-95 degrees F, it will dry in an hour.

Without using a hair dryer on low heat setting maybe 8 hours in cool conditions and 2 or so if it is warm. Absalom
about 2 to 3 hours is what it takes mine when I dont use the leave in. When I do it sometimes takes about 12 hours to completely dry, thats if I dont comb it while its drying. When I tie it back it can take a little longer sometimes too.
A little bit over an hour. My hair is curly and it is always down. I can see how straight hair or hair tied up wouldn't get the ventilation mine does and would take much longer.
