Well, it's been a week since I've started my embargo of Jay No-Name. David Letterman actually isnt as bad as I thought, although I saw him forget some guest's name last night. Oh well, at least he doesn't badger long-haired employees!
Actually though, didn't someone say that Nameless Tonight Show-Related host's stageman was in on the whole skit? I guess I'll have to check the lower threads. Still, though, what the chinster skit did was send an ill message, that men's hair is to be considered disposeable. I've seen the same thing happen to women on other talk shows, to, where they're pressured "on the spot" to get makeovers, and f course they have to do it or be socially castigated. I have no respect for those hosts as well. Of course, those are mostly daytime shows, which I no longer watch! ;^)
What I do now is watch Letterman for half an hour and sitch over to Bill Maher. Now that's a show where diversity is not only accepted, but encouraged! And then it's off to Conan O'Brien's show, cause he (IMO) is much funnier than Letterman and Horse-With-No-Name combined! :^)
