...the more your hair will lay down flatter and smooth on your head.
Is this true?
I don't know about 'flatter,' but it certainly makes the hair
smoother and more controllable...more relaxed.
I use ViVE Smooth-Intense Conditioner (and Shampoo) which
is perfect (for my hair).
Any tips for making curly hair lay flatter...and I don't mean just lessening the frizz. And is their any way to do this without chemicals?
Hi
That depends a lot on the length and style of your hair, but here is one thing that helps: Blunt cuts with no layers. Blunt cut hair is hair that is sissor cut. When you cut any hair with a razzor for example, or with a sissors, but cut into the ends to create texture, the hair becomes free, and moves around more. It also moves around more if you have layers cut into it, even if they are blunt cut with a sissors.
Hope this helps

Yes, conditioner or all other things for groming will make your hair more heavy. Therefore you will feel, that your hair will come closer to your scalp. You must make your own experiences about it. Because each hair is different. If you have fine hair, be carefull.
Like me, I have fine hair so I must be very carefull while using conditioners. Try natural oil like jojoba together with teathreeoil and rosmarinoil. mix it and apply it in the evening to your scalp. Take a towle over your pillow !Than take a normal shower and shampoo in the morning. This will also help you scalp. Try shampoo which will be for longer hair (L'oreal).
