Part of the thrill for me in wearing long hair is the threat of having a haircut. I have been threatened (verbally) many times, of course, but I don't honestly believe anyone would actually go through with it.
I have gone into barbershops and listened to comments before asking for a trim - silly but exciting to be so close to those clippers.
Of course, I like collecting true and fiction haircut stories. I will share with anyone who has something to share.
