I'm confused by your question. Why would you want to put Rogaine on your face ?
i have heard it will speed up the process of facial hair. Or any where where u have colorless hair.
On the beard board that I used to host some people reported success with Rogaine. The thing you have to realize about it, though, is that it will not grow hair that wasn't there to begin with. You have to at least have fuzz to begin with.
And results vary by individual.
Probably not, at least in any quantity. It doesn't do that much on even on the scalp.
Wouldn't recommend it. As for side-effects, I've only heard about some itchiness where applied. I believe the formula contains alcohol, so it might dry out the skin where it's applied.

Im a bit confused too... is your hair thining or are you just trying to grow a beard unsucessfully? I would imagine you could use it anywhere there are hair follicles, tho I dont know of its effectiveness. There is a drug called Propecia which can stimulate hair growth I believe tho its probably prescription only unless you can get it online.
I have two friends who are brothers. A bad hair gene runs in their family and all but one of the sons has receding hair. My two friends are both using it: on Daniel (the older at 22) it has helped in a very small way with thickness, but actually increased the speed of his hair growth (like a lot). With Simeon (almost 20), the speed isn't really different, but the thickness has increased a lot.
Different strokes for different folks I guess. . . .
