Here is a photo taken just last week. The hair is now at a length again where I can tie it all back with no problem - but I am really getting more and more gray - guess I earned it.
I also have decided to grow a full beard ... because I want too and because I am getting a double chin that I want to hide - damn it's tough getting old. (49 this May)
Am not sure how long of a beard I'll end up with - but I just might see how long it will grow.

The long hair looks great on you.
Blocked out your hair with my fingers and
you definitely look better with the longer hair.
Without it, you would look like any other guy.

Looks terrific Karsten!!!!!!! So what if there is some grey? All part of life. (You could always colour it, but then you risk damage........how much of course not known. And if the hair were to be coloured then I suppose you would want the beard to match-up with the hair.) LucksKind is correct with his comment.
Yes, isn't it great to be able to get all in a Ponytail when desired. I've had that for several months now myself.

Well it's looking good, Karsten. Getting greys just gives you character - and I'll not be far behind you... I'm starting to grey now age 24!!! Like the beard too - keep up the good work :)
The hair looks really good and you look very tough next to the Jeep :)
