  I have been trying my own meditation techniques to focus energy on hair-growing... don't know if that's why my hair's growing so fast, but it might useful for anyone growing their hair to try out.

  I do believe the body has powers that we have no idea how to harness, and as a sufferer of eczema, I know that when I focus meditation on healing, my cuts will heal faster.

  But this is the first time I've tried focusing on something else... anyway, might sound like a load of jibberish but might be worth trying out for those as impatient as myself :)

    Hey, I could do with some extra growth, never really thought about meditation, haha!
    Have you got any tips apart from finding a quiet room or something? I also would like to know, did you start growing from a buzz, or an inch or something?

      When I want to meditate, I make sure my room is as tidy as it can be, then put on some inspirational quiet music, like aqueous transition by incubus or something like that... maybe african or japanese drums.

      Then i sit on my bed and focus all my energy, channelling it to my hands and from there to wherever I need to.

      Takes a bit of practise to keep concentration, but if anyone does martial arts I'm sure they're used to this kind of focus and concentration.

      Give it a go if you have the time. Even if it doesn't do what you wanted, it's still a calming and relaxing experience.

        btw are you Irish? Just thought seeing your last post about being dead on, a belfast saying?

          Certainly am!
          I tend to use alot of coloquial slang and then only realise like a week later that nobody probably understood what the hell I was talking about :)
          So forgive me if I ever do, and feel free to point it out to me.

    I have made warts disappear from my fingers this way. Took about a week.
