Ok so I started growing my hair back in october so its been about 6 months so far. My hair when wet looks really good andgoes down past my eyes near to the bottom of my nose; but when it dries off it barely reaches my eye and is very curly and wavy. I have to blow dry it to make it look even look a little like i havent just rolled out of bed. Anyone know any products I could use that will keep my hair looking wet and keep it from curling but not make it crunchy and dry (gel)? Also since im 15 and have highschool gym every day using gel and changing clothes makes a lot of mess. Thanks...
I believe the best gel for curly hair is john mitchell stlying glaze.

Well most wet look gels with keep it in place and looking "wet".
When my hair was shorter (last spring) I used to use a "normal look Gel" called PolySwing, by Swarzkoft. Althought there was some hardening of the hair as with any Gel - I found it really good for hold without turning my hair crunchy. The trick seemed to be to apply a smaller amount of gel throughout the hair, rather than slapping loads on all the way thru.
