The vitamins known as Centrum. Might it be helpful to improve my hair's strength?
Unless you're deficient in these nutrients they will have no effect on hair growth/ strength etc. These things are genetically determined.
You're best taking tablets that are specifically made to keep hair and nails in good condition, if your body (and diet) aren't doing that for you. If you take silica/horsetail extract tablets, they give you good hair-building material - makes the hair you're growing nice and soft.
Just remember to eat healthily - some good omega fish oils are sure to keep your hair good, as they improve the condition of your skin, and the oils it produces (which then end up in your hair to keep it naturally protected)
My daily routine of hair-care includes my beloved coconut oil (only a little, now!) maybe take the tablets I mentioned if my hair is growing a little dry (as I have eczema, and my skin tends to dry out a little, taking the natural oil away) I use conditioner once every few days - one that's not too harsh. I've also learned that rinsing conditioner off with cool water works wonders *thanks guys*, and once my hair grows a little longer, I'm going to try the whole vinigar rinse thing too.
So much you can do, and you never have to do tham all - but at least you've plenty of options :)
