I tried for a week. Made the sides of my neck and the back of my head (where i have an undercut) spotty and painful. It's been a week since I stopped taking them and the spots have near enough cleared up.

Sorry to hear that, man. Anyone I know who has taken the tablets has only had good results. Sounds like you had an allergic reaction or something.
