Well i wore a tail today for the first time and might I add it was one of the worst days I had! If any of you have ever seen Gans of New York, my hair was like his tail. Personaly i like it, but almost everyone in my damn school was making fun of me. I really dont understand. I respect how people want to look. I guess others dont
It is sad that this happened. However, you have two choices: you can sink their level and retaliate, or you can rise above and realize that they are entitled to their opinions as you are yours. I'm not saying that what they say doesn't hurt. It does. But you don't have to return stones for stones.
Just remember that you can't change anyone, but yourself.
People will do what they want in these and other matters. It's what YOU do that matters.

Dean that sucks - but don't feel to disheartened, its probably Mob mentally that made it seem like "almost everyone". You know how it can be, one person starts everyone follows.
The best thing you can do is go back next week wear the tail again, and watch the taunts evaporate. Just as soon as they can see there's no getting at you then your home free.
Otherwise you can always think up some quick comebacks to their taunts and give em hell back. But its easier to fight everyone else with pacificism.

My tail is halfway down my back, and not one person has ever said anything to me.
(Except one girl who pulled it and just smiled)
Tails are cool.....pay not attention to them !!
Man, I wish that kinda stuff didn't happen. Sorted is right - just ignore any comments. That kinda reaction is normal where people are too scared to express their own opinions.
I'm sure nobody really means anything they've said - it's just something new to brighten up their boring little lives.
You have my utmost support, and I'm proud of you for sticking through it.

Don't worry at all, man. The first time I wore my hair to school in a ponytail, everyone made fun of me (especially the girls). As it got longer, though, I got more confidence. Hang in there.
I think one's hair needs to be long enough to have a decent tail before tying it back with confidence. I still don't do so very often and I've got shoulder length hair now.
