Hey all, I need some advice on shampooing and conditioning. I'm wondering, should you always use conditioner after shampooing? Also I was wanting to know the best shampoo and conditioners with the least harsh chemicals. My hair is almost dyed/bleached blonde all over, I just recently decided to let my natural color grow and I want to provide it with the best care.
Should you Always Use Condition after Shampooing?
YES - shampoos tend to strip your hair clean (that's their job) Conditioners replensive the lost nutrients and moisture caused by washing, drying styling etc.
Also I was wanting to know the best shampoo and conditioners with the least harsh chemicals
For the best care for bleached hair I'd use a shampoo and conditioner that's formulated specifically for damaged/coloured hair, there is no "one brand" just look around and see whats best for you.
