My hair is a lot like -vincents and its at about the same length as it is in the link (hope i did it right) If your out there vincent mind if i ask how long it took you to go from that to how you are now? No trims or anything? I would tell my parents that but theyll probly make me anyway...

Well that picture was taken in may, that makes it, 7+4, 11 months maybe? Wow, time goes by so quickly once you stop thinking about it :) I remember waiting for the 4-5 months mark!
And no, no trims at all. I just let my hair do as it pleases. Your parents will make you do what?

Argh, that sucks!
Sit down with them and try to figure out why they care so much about how your hair looks. Do you go criticize their hair? (i hope you don't :) I don't know, i just ignored them when they made fun of my hair but they didn't try to impose anything on me.
Tell them trims will only make it look bad for a longer time!! Put them in touch with me if they don't believe it ;-)
