I pic to share, I look retarded but my hair looks ok. I heard hair grows a little faster in the summer, is this true?!

I know it doesn't seem to make any sense, but for me my hair grows faster in the Summer also. Presently it is growing at the rate of 6/8" inches per month where in the Winter the "normal" 1/2" inch is ALWAYS the rule in my case. Last year 3/4" inches during June, July and August. Perhaps due to warmer conditilns and the Sun?
I dont know if this is true, but once when I was going to magaluf 3 years ago I had my hair cut quite short, and as I was telling the stylist i was going the next day she was like "well I'll have to take even more off then, cos it'll grow loads when your there' so she believed it... it did aswell, which was wierd. Maybe its the bodies way of protecting the scalp from sunburn like we have melanin systhesized in our skin, our hair may grow to protect our head from burning which would overhead it and could damage the brain....?
Awesome beginning and looks full and in nice condition. I know my hair grows at a faster rate in the summer in that I get my bangs trimmed at a two and a half week period rather than 4 weeks in the winter months. I am sure it has to do with the sweat glands. Isnt hair like flowers the more you water them the faster they grow ??

does your hair at the front centre naturally stay like that (how it goes up), after u comb it (when wet?), or do you use some sort of product?

My hair can stay like that if I choose to style it that way, I didn't like it that way at the moment, I had been trying to tie it back. (very dumb idea, my hair is too short still)
so that middle section at the front stays up like that without anything in it?
