Hi my names ben and i have long hair which is about 7 1/2 inches long and i am really pleases with it it is naturaly sort of light brown but i had blong highlights put in. I am having trouble with the hair at the back if my neck and round the back of my ears it seems to get really dry and strawry like straw !! really annoying!!
Any help would be good !!

Those two lines of yours go hand in hand. When you use a chemical on your hair, dry and straw like is what you get. Chemicals are foreign to the human hair, thus damaging. Hope this helps. Peace!
I had the entire top of my hair bleechd blonde, had it colored back to my natural in like january and its since then fixed itself from the dryness and such. When you use chemicals in your hair it generally causes that. I would think u'll be ok..just keep and eye and try to avoid anymore damage to it and condition when needed. *just the words of someone whos had his hair more colors then the rainbow*
You probably need your hair reconstucting.... buy a reconstructing conditioner and after washing leave it on for about 20 mins, then wash it out and put on a intensive conditioner (try to find a low or none silicone one) for about 10 mins then repeat this every couple a' weeks and it should improve the condition of your damaged hair. The chemicals used to bleach your hair make the cuticle swell and become more porus, which leaves it dry an nasty and prone to breaking... protien treatments can help repair the damaged cuticle and intensive conditioning will help with the dryness.
