Hi,
Since a few weeks I notice more hair loss when combing and washing my hair then before. I started suddenly (I guess).
What I also notice is that the hairs that break have this little
white bulb at one end. So I guess this means that my hair breaks
at the root. Does this mean I'm loosing hair or what. ?
If so what can I do about it. Or is it just my imagination
going wild ?

it's normal to lose hair- if there's hair loss in your family, then be concerned. which parent has hair most similar to yours? your father? is he bald(ing)? your mother? are her brothers and/or father experiencing hair loss?
if you are losing your hair there are treatments for it. in any case, worrying yourself about something you have little control over will do you no good... and will likely increase the rate of fallout. enjoy what you have today and deal with tomorrow's problems tomorrow.
