I gave up on the upload, so I'm gonna try this by linking.
Here's my latest, in it's natural state. There's enough curl and flip to hide the real length (I can pull the bangs down to the tip of my nose), plus you can see the awkward layering effects of having it grow from a buzz cut. I'm thinking about trimming the back a little, maybe in a few months, to even out the layers and make it look fuller.
Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.
Hi Spodman,
You wont be able to upload your picture cos its too large, >50K.
Try resizing the pixel dimensions to 400x300 px and saving as a 50% JPEG Like the version above. It works much better as a) you can upload it, and b) your photo doesn't stretch outside of the visitors browser window, this way we don't have to resort to scroll bars to see you ;-)
Incidentally I think your progress is really good, a trim in a few months time to reshape will probably make things even better (assuming you have a stylist you can trust.)
Meantime, keep growing your doing great.
If you don't have the software to do that, I've made some software I wrote available to board users at no charge. Just go to the link. You will get your shrunk photo e-mailed back to you in about one second after you submit it:
I must remember that URL!
...some of the shiniest hair I have ever seen.
Certainly one 'sign' of healthy hair! Great color.
From this pic, your hair certainly seems to be manageable!
Is it easy for you to get it this way, or is it a lot of work?
It does have a certain amount of shine, although the front picture seemed to show more, I'm thinking glare from the flash. It's not as manageable as I'd like, but for the awkward stage I'm using as little gel as possible for work or events where I have to look a little nicer. With the gel I end up looking something like Kurt Russell when he has long hair.
