hey here are my "progress" pics , its still nowhere near long but at least people have stopped asking me when am I gonna get a haircut =] and I can put it behind my ears (yay!)

It's looking good, you dont seem to have much of an awkward stage at all. Did you trim the back along the way? Comparing to mine, you've got a lot more length in front, but less in the back. I was thinking of trimming the back a bit in the next few months.
I haven't had any trims so apparently my back hair does not grow as fast as the top part....
Great Progress - Your hair seems pretty wavy/curly so you are always going to have to wait longer for it to show the length, but you can really see how far you've come with the photos where you pull your bangs straight. Long Hair is really gonna suit you. Keep Growing
