His name is Roger Velasco and hes the black ranger from Power Rangers in Space. You guys can laugh all you want but the truth of the matter is I watched the show everyday because of his. Look at his beautiful flowing, dark, straight hair. My hair is about the same length as his and I even get my back tapered up like he does. I will leave a link so those of you interested can see his pictures.

I saw Gil perform in Malaysia last year but due to the stupid regulation of the Malaysian government. he had to hide his hair under a hat when performing, or else they probably would not give him a license to perform.

That rule is a legacy of a stupid belief going back to the 1960's that longhaired musicians were a "bad influence" on the youth which led them to take drugs.
I missed the supreme opportunity to see his hair in action but his dad also has long hair like him, though not as nice.
Fortunately though, that dumb rule does not affect Malaysian longhairs and Singapore, which previously banned males with long hiar from entering for a time, liberalised on that stand and allowed several longhaired musicians in to perform, including the Swedish rock band Europe who have lovely long hair.
