I am losing weight. How can I best ensure that I continue to grow healthy hair with changed diets?

I recommend using vitamin suppliment tablets - especially vitamins a - e, and possibly aalso omega oil suppliments. If you're on a diet, you can still eat plenty of good stuff - make sure you're eating fruit, veg, red meat and fish.
Together with suppliments, your hair will be fine.
In the same boat here. The way I see it is keep eating well rounded meals just cut down on the pizza and burgers (and beer). So far thats working for me.
Just make sure you get enough biotin, and protien, thats pretty much it. I lost some weight a while back, 45 pounds, and have kept it off for almost 3 years now, but only with excersize. anyways good luck.
Loosing a few pounds or even a lot of weight won't affect how your hair grows, don't bother yourself to worry about something like that. What others are recommending is however good advice for your body but won't make a noticeable affect on your hair.
(I assume that you are not living in Ethopia and undergoing the infamous weight loss that they have become known for there)
