Hi i still dont know how to post pictures. because i know it has to be a J peg or something. one of my pictures worked before.
I dont know what to do

That's JPEG. Computer files that end with the file extension .jpg (or .jpeg).
Example: myphoto.jpg
You may notice that other types of computer file end with different extensions, for example this web page ends with the file extension .htm (see its the address bar at the top of your page.)
Not all image files are JPEG format, there are many different Computer Image formats, others include .tif .psd .bmp .gif .png etc.
JPEG is the best format for sharing photos on the web as it compresses the overal filesize of the image (measured in bytes; kilobytes or Megabytes) without destroying the quality of the image.
If your photos are not in JPEG format you with need to open them with a program like: Corel Photo Paint, Photoshop, or Paintshop pro and then choose File> Save As from the Menu. Underneath box where you choose the file name, you will be able to choose the "file type" from the list you should choose JPEG.
If you don't own any of the programs listed above, double click you image files and see what program they open in. Chances are you will be able to use this program to save the photos as JPEGs
