I dont know how long this technique has been around but I just thought Id mention it. Where I live (New York) theres a lot of different cultures and stuff; the korean hair stylists have this thing called a "magic perm". Instead of making the hair curly it makes it straight for I think 7 months. Apparantly theyve been doing it in asian countries for years and is a new thing here. Where I live it costs 80$ but in most other places it coul cost a lot more. Anyone else ever seen this type of thing done?
I to live in NY. It's called Japanese Hair Straightening System, The salon I went to in the city has it for 600 dollars...I've never seen it done though.
I dont need it, but the Japanese bio ionic straightening method is the best one out there in terms of result and how long it lasts also its the most gentle. Alternatively phyto do a gentle one too which I think you may be able to do at home if you dont wanna go the salon - tho salon is recommended. Its wierd how the Japanese with thier poker straight hair would invent the best hair straightening method!
