Hi i was just wondering if anayone knew that boys hair is different to girls. Because many of my girlfriends hair falls out a lot everytime they brush and the same with my mum??
because my hair hardly never falls out at all!!
Thanks
I heared that girls skin is a different pH level to guys skin. So that could affect hair I should imagine.
Not much else I can think of, if you don't notice muchhairs fall out, that must be excellent, you've probably got strong roots.
Hair is hair. There are some differences in where it grows, but that's about all.
AGREED!
Count your blessings, you should be able to grow your hair well past your waist. You will probably reach waist length before you turn 20. Minimum loss = maximum length. Absalom
Perhaps yours doesn't fall out because you do not subject your hair to what the "girls" do? But then, it almost seems sometimes that no matter what they do to their hair which we consider wrong effects them in the least!
I would tend to think that their hair is similar...........but cannot prove it.
Desmond Morris wrote in "The Naked Ape" that male pattern baldness and growth patterns on different parts of the body are the only differences between male and female hair, and that growth rates are the same for both and unaffected by MPB.
His background before his success as an author was that he graduated in anthropology (which is the study of different groups of humans) but worked in a zoo, including a TV show shot in a zoo, so I'm not sure if that really makes him an expert!
