If I were to try the new Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deeeep stuff, and like it that much, would it be alright to use something like that every day? Or would it be too much?
How many of you use a "deep conditioner" every day?
I used to use 3 minute miracle every 2 days, because of a dry scalp that I've always had. It cured it and I don't have a dry scalp anymore, it comes under more of a normal catagory than dry! What's odd is all my life I've suffered from really dry hair and scalp, but after using this for a few weeks (stopped using it a few months ago) my hair even now feels like silk!
I use Aussie Mega now but I used to use Mega before 3 minute miracle and had very poor results with it, now it's working great. It's really good stuff but to use it everyday, could make your hair too greasy unless you've got straw like hair,
I don't think the conditioner's harsh, just loaded full of ingredients that could cause buildup (I'm not talking about silicones)
Every two or 3 days would be better, and also try alternating your conditioners with other brands to avoid buildup which is what I'm doing.
What sort of ingredients are you talking about exactly? And like what do they do?
Anyway, thanks for the informative post. My hair is also quite on the dry side, but if using this stuff is going to make it more "normal" instead of "dry," then I'm all for it!!!
I forgot to mention this in my response....
What was your routine for using 3 Minute Miracle? Did you use Shampoo, 3MM, and then a regular conditioner? Or did you use Shampoo, regular conditioner, then 3MM? Or not use the regular conditioner at all?
All I did was this..
As I had been using shampoo's that contained silicones before, I wanted to get them all out and start from scratch, without cutting my hair. So I used an ACV rinse (it's getting popular here lol) to rid my hair of any product buildup.
The day after, I applied Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo , washed it out, then just used the 3MM, applied a generous amount, left it in for 25-30 minutes, and washed it out under warm but not hot water, followed by a cool rinse afterwards. I didn't use any other conditioner, 3MM is enough!
Hope that helped you out a bit.
Good luck
Thanks a lot dude. I would love to "transform" my hair from dryness to it being good and normal!
(Not to mention then I can use Mega instead of Moist, and Mega smells much better!)
In three minute Miracle, it contains jojoba oil, Balm mint and Aloe vera as well as 36 other ingredients designed to penetrate the hair deeply and repair any damage. They could all build up over time if you use it everyday, in the end your scalp won't need it anymore, and plus it's £5.50 a bottle so it's pretty expensive conditioner, but it works. Also, depending on how damaged your hair is, you could use a whole bottle up in less than 2 weeks if you use it every day, that's expensive stuff. I only needed 1 bottle to do the job and my hair is great. This stuff brings out a good shine to the hair too.
It can't perform miracles as the bottle says, for example if you've fried your hair in a saucepan it won't work very well at all:), but if you've got dry hair, use this!
