I caught an episode of the Maury Povich show the other day. I don't usually watch his show, or any daytime TV for that matter. Anyway, what caught my attention was an announcement just before the show returned after a commercial. Printed across the screen, with a voice-over, was the question: DO YOU HAVE LONG HAIR PASSED YOUR KNEES AND DESPERATELY WANT IT CUT OFF? CALL THE MAURY SHOW AT XXX-XXXX! Since the episode I was watching was likely a repeat (tis the season for repeats), does anyone know if they ever aired such a show? I've seen shows on which guests had long hair, but I don't think I've ever seen a show on which all guests had long hair past their knees.
Maury is garbage anyway. Don't know any sane person who watches that show.
This is absurd. If Maury showed how much better black people would look white, black people would be outraged.
But we do nothing while allowed bigoted programs to cut gorgeous hair off of people. We need to assert our own Outrage at this barbaric display of shorning.

err, i think the 2 issues are completely different.
keep in mind that those people want to get their hair cut!
Oh come on! They are not running at people in the streets to cut their hair! People going there are already poor tv addicts that just want to be on TV, they get what they deserve, and made the choice. And the addicts that will be affected by listening to it are also TV slaves. We need to break up slavery, not make them "good" slaves!
Asserting against stupidity on TV is useless; People have to assert against TV itself because IT is stupidity, laziness, brain melting, passive listening. Bleah.
Sorry, I'm all for longhairs getting less crap from people, i just think this is not the path to take. But the choice you take is yours. Will you really assert your outrage? Good luck to you if you do!

Yea, since I got out of school like 4 days ago Ive been watching crappy day time TV. I saw this episode where they cut this guys hair and turned him into a pimp-daddy who wears armani suites and smokes ciggars. Maury is lame.
I sounds to me like the show is pulling good ratings. Ratings are the number of viewers watching and percentage of viewers watching at any one momment. I can't understand why people watch the stuff and admit they watch it. I thought TV would become a thing of the past when the internet started in the 1990's.
TV is a total waste of you the viewer's time; I gave it up years ago.
I think you would have much better luck finding long hair on the internet, using search sites, visiting sites like this web site, visiting link pages on people long hair web pages, etc.
