Man I was skeptical about buying this stuff but after 1 use my hair feels really soft. Only downside is I probally have to clarify more.
What is your hair like? This is another product I've been interested in.
This product is more like a deep conditoner than regular conditoner. After a day of using it my hair still feels really soft so the upside is you won't have to use it as often as regular conditioner. Might be good if you want your frizzies to stay down in the awkard stage.
Funny you should mention those guys.
OK, at 2 1/2 years I hadn't been using any conditioner at all. I used to wash with Tresseme until about 6 months ago, when I switched to Head & Shoulders to control dandruff. Dandruff is what did in my last grow-out at about the same time period, and back then I didn't feel like using "dandruff shampoo" so I just cut my hair.
The H&S didn't bother me, but I tried the vinegar treatment a couple weeks ago and I think it dried my hair. Now it has noticeable dammage. I did the bit where you work in the vinegar and then wash, so perhaps it was on my hair too long. Instead of losing the frizz the 2nd day after washing, it's got noticeable frizz all the time. So last night I broke down and picked up Tresseme "Vitamin E Moisture Rich Conditioner" at the drugstore.
I can definitely notice that it tangles a lot less, and this should allow me to wash more frequently without damaging it too much more.
Hmm, maybe I'll have to pick some of this up, as lately Aussie Moist hasn't been working well for me.
Could it be that this TreSemme stuff is less harsh because the shampoo only contains one sulfate? What do you guys all think?
As far as I can read Tressme doesn't have any sulfates
