Where can I get those cool hair beads that native americans where kinda like these:
Im into the whole tribal thing.
I am Cherokee, and if you are wondering about the beads, you can find them in flea markets, pawn shops, and even ask an Indian yourself.
Cherokee huh? cool!! Is there any name these beads have or are they just called hair beads? Also do you have to braid the hair to keep them on?
Their are many different types of these beads. You might need to google around for the certain type you need or want. You don't have to braid the hair either, but it does make it easier.
Arts and crafts stores always have things like beads and feathers. One large arts and crafts store is called Micheals; I think many Wal-marts have a section for arts and craft supplies.
I've tried putting beads into my very long hair, but I don't know how to attach them to the hair. I tried braiding some metal beads into my hair and tieing it with a small black rubber band, but it didn't look right so I didn't wear it out.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to attach beads to my hair?
