Hi everyone who replyes to my trimming situation, i realised that even if i did get a trim it would occure again in a few months ebcause i think it will allways be dry.
so in conclution i have decied not to have a trim but tyy different products, like the one surferdude said.
so do you think that the dry ends will get worde because i would say now that about one inch is dry and nasty ????
but nice hair will grow again underneath wont it ???
so i think i will leave it until it gets to what length i want then pay a lot of money to get it how i want it !!
Thanks everyone you really opened my eyes !!
Thats Great Ben, to be honest I think with the right products you can remove the dryness from the last inch of your ends and you can prevent it reoccuring. Just experiement with a few products and I'm sure you'll find the balance.
But your hair looks too good to trim!
Hi Ben..........your hair looks wonderful! We ALL have our problems and have to "figure a way" to get around them. Sorted has given great advice. And, your hair DOES look "too good to trim." MUCH TOO GOOD!
If you DID have those dry ends cut.........who is to say that the newly cut ends wouldn't suddenly go dry MUCH SOONER than if the dry were never to be cut.
Justin~
Exactly, Thanks for all your support, i didnt know my hair was that nice !!
That's because it is you..........and you see all kinds of faults nobody else is aware of. (Alas, we are always hardest on ourselves............Human nature I suppose.)
Yes, many guys would give ANYTHING to have the great hair you have that looks so fantastic!!!!!!!
Thanks soooo much
That's great Ben!
But I think Andrew Collinge 'perfect endings' is a temporary solution, its got a few cones in it so that is what probably makes it shine. It straightening serum too, so while making it look nice, if you blow dry it, it should straighten your hair.
I think you must dampen your hair, just the damaged part and let it dry for a bit until it is almost completely dry before applying 'perfect endings'. There are probably better products out there. I'm glad you're not trimming!
Hi, do you use a leave in conditioner? if so is it spray form or in a bottle? I tend to find that leave ins in bottles cause too much buildup which can make your ends feel nasty when its really just dry conditioner. I like using spray forms such as nioxin bliss which is great, another is redken allsoft spray (I think its called addictive spray or something).
