It's 7 months. I felt this month I didn't want to bother taking progress pics and just let it grow, after all that's the best thing instead of worrying is my hair growing fast enough! I think Vincent's advice has brought a lot of us down to earth, so as soon as my bangs reach my mouth, I wont be updating so much, because being mouth level is the first indication of it looking long. Vincent, I have great respect for you, I enjoy your philosophy and your great outlook on life:)
I'm tired now so I guess I'll collapse into bed!

Congratulations on your progress, you are doing very well! I want to encourage you to keep taking progress pictures. Besides documenting your own progress they can be a source of inspiration to other guys with your hair type. Of course I do know how much time it can take to get decent pictures so I understand if it has become too much of a hassle. You hair is looking great, it doesn't look like you are suffering too much in the awkward stage. What do you say?

I feel the only thing that is wrong with my hair is the way it looks at the side. And I think it has a lot to do with the back of my hair.

You know, even at 7 months, what you have attained is a killer in comparison with what you started with. The longer hair looks great on you. Guess you will be a natural for sure with really Long Hair and it will be awesume! And once you have it I am sure you will have no regrets for puting-in your time to achieve it.
Keep it growing. You have exceptional hair to work with. :-)

Thanks Justin! Yea I couldn't agree more I look better now than at 2 months in:) I'll have no regrets, and I'm not one bit annoyed my hair gets in my eyes! I only hope I will look stunning with long hair, only time will tell!
You have such a good attitude about all of this Surferdude. Sure, there are questions.............that is what this board is all about so as to be helpful to any guy desiring long hair.

Yea, I play piano, I'm having lessons, been learning for 4 months and can play grade 2 1/2 - 3 pieces. I'm a fast learner when it comes to music. I haven't had a lesson for the last month because of exams and stuff, but now I've just finished them, I'm resuming piano lessons. I also play Violin, Viola, Classical guitar, saxophone, and piano.
As I have said before, you should email me. Shoot the breeze about music...

Just noticed you might be experienceing something similar to me - the hair to the left side of my parting has been growing a little faster and is maybe half an inch longer than the right side... not really sure why *shrugs*
Anyway, great progress - keep it going!

Thanks Wolfeyes. Yea, I think my hair grows slightly faster on the left side, but the wave I have doesn't make it look that bad usually.
