That's why I can't abandon it :-)

Indeed! For me, it's not only addicting, it's also a major turn-on.
Can't imagine ever going back! Don't ever need to, now, either. . .
Go for it, guys!
Tunder tim why dont you ever need to go back
'Cause I've worn my hair long for enough years now
(10 since I started for a ponytail)
that I don't feel I have to worry about potential dissaproval
from other people. It's part of why I like and how I am.
Whether or not others think it's cool or 'appropriate' is
rarely a concern for me now. And if anyone is narrow or
dull enough to not want to deal with me for being longhaired,
I think I'm better off for not being around them, either.
Don't you love it when you sit in a chair and it's long enough
to pull a bit when you lean back? THATs when you know you've
really got long hair.
Feels good blowing in the autumn wind, too! Ahhh!
How about the next stage: having to stand up again because you just sat down on your hair, or, having to remove your seatbelt, because you just fastened your hair (done this one a few times -- my seatbelt latch is between the front seats of the car). Speaking of cars, how many here have closed the door of their car on their hair. That's fun, too. The scariest moment, though, was when I was working in the greenhouse, and I heard a very soft tap-tap-tap-tapping noise coming from just in front of me. I looked up to see the end of my hair being sucked into the fan, being hit be the fan blades. Now I get pretty nervous around fans, usually grabbing my hair as I pass the fan.
yes mine is at the stage when it does pull a little when I lean back in a chair .......i never thought I would would have the nerve to grow my hair this long even thou I allways wanted to.......I still have people ask me when are you going to get that hair cut
