How gauche is that? However, it works. Sometimes, I get really strong urges to cut the hair, so I found that by psychologically "tricking" my hair into thinking it's being cut, I also satisfy my craving for the shears, without doing any actual damage. My stylist know's I'm growing my hair out long, and she know's I'm an oddball anyhow, so once a month, I got sit in her chair, and pay her $12.00 to shampoo me, massage my scalp, and pretend to cut my hair, by moving my hair around, and making "snipping sounds" with her scissors, without actually cutting anything. I'll be a longhair b4 you know it. I highly advise this kooky trick for those with hair curring cravings!
Sincerely, Prince Jeffrey

You remind me exactly of my friend Pat. He grew his hair out for about three years and it really reminds me of yours - straight and blonde-ish.
Pat had his hair really long - about 15 inches, and then he cut and it made me really sad. So I will continue to support you growing your hair. It looks great!

Another crazy longhair wannabe. Welcome to the forum dude.
Too bad one of the princes... ummm... not being into that stuff I forget their names... Anyway, too bad one of them doesn't go long. Just think of what a trend it might set, not just in GB but in the States too. So many people in the US are just ga-ga for anything having to do with the royals.
Lol, your clearly Mad... we're gonna get on Brilliantly!
uh....k?
I'm glad you have an understanding hairdresser. Though I suppose as long as she's getting payed, it works for her.
I wasn't aware you could enact psychological warfare on hair-cutting cravings. Interesting. I wonder if it work for my mom when SHE gets the cravings to cut my hair.
