I've started driving on the road. (No, I didn't drive off the road before this, racing...)
Before I could start to drive on the road, I had to wear a head band to keep my bangs from going into my eyes and into my perpheral view. I need to see what's going to hit me. When racing, we just had a helmet to take care of that. It held my bangs out of my face.
What do you do to correct this problem, or just ignore it?
Wear a hat (or as you said, a headband). Eventually, a ponytail solves the problem.
Motorcycles also solve it (with helmet).
I don't put my hair behind my ears very often, but I do when I have to. When I start driving I'll do it for then aswell.
I've got the double hit right now of 6 inch bangs in the eyes and driving a truck with no AC, so in the afternoon I have side windows and back window open. A bandana, either as a headband or over the top of my head works, and I've also worn the back in a tail with the top in a half tail.
