I have just got done trying out the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle conditioner. It's not fully dried yet, but so far it seems to have done a decent job at making my hair smooth and manageable. It smells great too. I bought two sachets, and I'll use the second one once I've bought some Aussie shampoo to compliment it (this time I used some Asda shampoo with tea tree oil). If the result is even better next time, I will most likely buy Aussie Mega Conditioner regularly.
Other notes: There was alot more falling hairs than last time I washed my hair, but that may be because there have been very few in the past days, and they were lying loose in my hair waiting to get knocked out. It was hard to tell how many, but I'd guess 70-100.
Also, using two mirrors I checked the top of my head and it did seem thin. This may simply be because my hair was wet. I have started to take some tablets from Holland and Barrett, that combine vitamins, iron, zinc, biotin etc etc, and I hope they help to strengthen my hair (any comments on that?). I will monitor my hair for the next 6 months while I follow proper haircare, and see if there is any improvement on the thickness (my hair is thinnest in the areas where I used to scratch like a madman, so I pray that only I am to blame for weak hair, and not genetics).
Thanks for reading
Matt.
