Hey Everybody,
I saw both "Nourish Hair" by GNC and "For Women - Skin Hair Nails" by Natrol mentioned to help with hair growth, and I wondered if anyone has tried these or others and had any positive experiances with them?

Yes, the ultra nurishair by gnc is great, the womens formula seems to work better then the mens though. Keep in mind that since hair grows so slowly you have to take them for a few months in order to see the benifits. I take those and one silica supplement thats found also at gnc. Hope this helps.
...both for months, alternating between the two to try to measure how the each worked. I honestly can't say I noticed any difference in my hair. The only thing I noticed, especially from the Hair Skin and Nails was that my nails grew SUPER fast. Therefore, I stopped taking them.
