The killer film "Alien vs. Predator" will be coming out soon and I was wondering which of the two you guys/ladies feel will win.
Will it be Alien with the 2 mouths, scary body and acid-blood?
Or Predator with some kick-ass dreads and arsenal to hunt them down?
Well that all depends... will they stick to the plan of the darkhorse comics, or do they want to give us a complete surprise???
Obviously the overall winner must be the humans (probably depicted by a group of hardcore americans trapped in New York or something)... with a great, oscar-winning speech to fire them up against the aliens and predators...
Something like, "In the darkness we will shine like the light of the sun through the clouds. We will not be wiped out for we are all equals and will fight to the death for what is ours... blahdy blahdy blah..."
However, if you want to know who the winner will be between aliens and predators, the answer is obviously the predators - they are the species we can associate most with, whereas the aliens are a parasitic species, and we merely admire them.
As the most humanistic species, the predators would have to win (scr ipt-writing is so predictable these days).
There's also the fact that the predators have been around for hundreds of thousands of years, and have fought aliens millions of times as initiation rites etc. So they know what they're doing.
I pray I'll be shocked and they'll do something interesting with the ending and prove me wrong, but to be honest I'd rather write the scr ipt myself and do something interesting with it.
I'm sure the visuals will be stunning, but don't hold your breath for a great story... we all made that mistake with each 'aliens' sequel.

I used to be a pretty big comic buff but kinda fell out of the loop when they started the whole title makeover so now im a little lost with all the new titles. I was never really able to find anything by Dark Horse comics what are some of there main titles that they have created?
The only ones I know of are the 2 I have - not a comic buff myself. I have AvP and Batman Dark Knight (he's a vampire).
