Well, it will be two years regrowing for me come this July 15. I haven't been around for a while that much because I'm taking the Bar exam (to become an attorney) starting July 27. Hope you all are doing well.

Looks great! I wish I had that much progress on my own hair. I'm new to the board... how long was your hair two years ago?

Thanks for the compliment. Two years ago my hair was cut to about 1/4 inch. It's about 12 inches now.

Your hair is looking good, and it has some decent length too. You chose a good occupation for long hair too, there are lots of attorneys with long hair. Good luck on the bar exam. Absalom

It may just be the lighting, but your hair seems to have lightened somewhat.

Thanks for the compliment. I think my hair might look lighter because when it's shorter, I put gel in it. Also, some of the other pictures were taken while it was still damp. I'll keep you guys posted on the Bar results.

Great hair, it looks very healthy, have you had any trims for split ends in that two years?
Good luck on the Bar and keep us posted. Having a professional white collar job myself (I'm an product design engineer), it's great to see someone have success getting into a professional field with long hair. I've actually entertained the thought of going to law school and combining the two disciplines into patent law, if I ever get bored with pure engineering.

I've had no trims for split ends. When I previously grew out my hair, I was informed by my stylist that trims for split ends aren't necessary if you don't have them...I agree! I have gotten a few trims on the back, though, to keep it all about one length.
As far as a patent attorney, they make great money I hear. And, being in a "scientific" field (the prerequisite), you can take the patent Bar.
Thanks for the hair compliments and wishes of good luck on the Bar, guys. Results will be posted 4 months (yikes!) after taking the Bar. Results will be distributed November 19, 2004 at 6:00pm on the internet. I'll keep you all posted. Hopefully we can have another long-haired attorney out there!
