With say a product like Aussie insurance it is supposed to be applied when they hair is damp after washing. Can it be used lets say the day after you have washed your hair when it is dry and perhaps being frizzy and you need to go out?
No
My experience is it only makes your hair look more oily if you use it on dry hair.
Mac
Sorry about the previous mispost .
I have used it on dry hair with some success, but there is a very fine line between getting enough on to benefit and getting too much and looking very oily.
Alright well I think ill experiment and see what works thanks.
I dont think it`s very effective when your hair is dry. It works only when your hair is damp, otherwise you get the opposite effect, ie your hair is worse off.
I find that if you take leave-in conditioner, spray a small amount on a damp brush, and lightly comb the unruly beasts, they stays in place pretty well without the shellacked look of some grooming products.....works good for touch-up during the day ..good luck
