My hair is currently chin length, all one length and I believe that
It takes a certain kind of person to take care of longer hair rather
than the buzzed look which is so boring looking and Ive gotten compliments from people saying its nice to see a GenXer without a shaved head.I like being my own individual and not trying to look like the collective,no matter what people may think. My question is
Ive heard a bunch of tips from brushing to beer drinking to vitamins
but does anything work to make hair grow faster? Mine grows 1/8 to 1/4
a month and its taken me 2 years to get what I have now. Ill tell you what though because it grows slow I sure do appreciate it more. But it probably wont touch my shoulders until Christmas 2000 I see girls at work and notice their hair grows at twice that rate and its not fair
a little slow

I think taking about 2000 mg of vitamin c daily (make sure its time release has helped speed up my growth and keep me healthy. J.D
Hi...
I have found these to be beneficial in my quest for long hair...(mid back). A good multi vitamin,Kelp tablets, which are rich in almost all known nutritional elements..Biotin tablets and a good scalp massage every so often. If you happen to be thinning, perish the thought!,I read that the herb Saw Palmetto acts like Propecia (lowers the level of dihydrotestosterone or DHT as its commonly known). If anyone else has heard of this, feedback would be cool as .
