    I never heard of these guys before;

    Actually I had forgotton about this group. I grew up in Battle Creek Michigan and Benton Harbor is about 2 hours from there. My mother would take us to Lake Michigan weekends and we would see members from the House of David. I do recall their hair being long and as a child mine was to the small of my back which I thought was pretty interesting at that time. I recall them being friendly and people being friendly to them. I am not sure they are still in existance or even in the area as I have moved to florida.
