everybody grow their hair one full year without even a trim no matter how long it is now go a full year from now........are you with me?huh are you......................
It's my way of celebrating the millennium -- whether or not
you think it starts Jan 1 2000 or 2001.
My only "goal length" now is to just keep it going. I like it.
It gets easier to care for the longer it gets. And looks good, too!

That's been my plan all along. I'm also growing my beard out longer. Just my way of saying that the next millennium should be one in which men are no longer required to conform to some conservative image that bears no relation to the way we were designed. Although, since my hair's already almost to my waist, I'm going to have to have a couple of trims here or there or you'll be able to see my frizzies all the way across the globe!
I got my last trim back in March, and I have no plans to see a barber for at least another two years. The back of my hair is past my collar; the sides are just down to the earlobes. The top, which I brush back, is about two inches past the crown. Yes, I have a LONG way to go. There's a lot of encouragement on this site, though, and I appreciate it.
That's exactly what I've been doing for almost three years now. I just started taking Formula 37 to get the stuff in the front to grow faster so I can drive with the window down without having it blow out of my ponytailer. (After just one week of the 37, I believe it's working exactly as advertised.)
If I thought I could get away with it at work, I'd let my hair grow down to my knees. Right now it's almost halfway down my back, but the front and sides need to grow out more.
Trim? Trim? We don't need no stinkin' trim.

Actually, Alt, if the powers that be have let you grow your hair to
almost midback, I think they'll let it grow to your knees provided
you style it up into a coiled braid - and this is not necessarily a feminine style - around the nape of the neck. It gives an illusion
of "shortness", even though the hair would not be short.
