Since looking into the correct way to look after my hair I have been washing it 2-3 times a week, first putting conditioner on it, then washing and rinsing, then conditioning and leaving it in. After about 10 mins i rinse the conditioner out and wrap my hair in a towel on top of my head (my girlfriend had to teach me to do this) and let it dry until it's stopped dripping. then I take it down and let it dry naturally. When it'd dry i then brush the bottom 4 inches and work my way up my hair to the top.
The problem is, my hair is so badly damaged ( it looks like it's been screwed up into a ball cause it bends and kinks in all manner of strange ways) that 20 - 30 mins after I have brushed it, it sort of knots on it's own again? Plus because of the massive amount of breakage these little jagged strands are of all lengths throughout my hair? Any Ideas?
I don't know what you are doing to do damage your hair, try combing your hair for a while, it may be the way your are brushing your hair.
Anybody else have any ideas
apparently knots want to form, let them be. then enjoy the natural locks....
