Hello everyone, It has been a while since I posted here and I read the posts every day. My question is, is Biosilk safe for your hair?
I was going to buy some today, but, as I was reading the ingredients a few "cones" and "alcohol" came up, so I did'nt buy it. Does anyone know anything about it? Any help would be appriciated.

We dont have biosilk here in the UK, but from what I hear it is very good! The cones dont really matter if you clarify once in a while, and the alcohols you refere to are most likely fatty alcohols which act as emoliants/moisturisers so they are fine. The bad alcohols are 'alcohol denat, ispropyl alcohol etc' 'cetearyl(sp?) cetyl lanolin' alcohols are fine.
I haven't used biosilk in a long time...i stopped using it because of the alcohol in it. I'd rather stay away from it.
